In their efforts to keep accessibility for disabled people at the top of the agenda we sponsored both the AA and Catey accessibility awards. The AA winners were Rudding Park Hotel in Harrogate chosen because,

The winner of the Catey Accessible Award was the Marsham Court Hotel in Bournemouth. They were also Highly Commended at the BBAAs in May of this year.

Reveal of The Centaur

Centaur Robotics, Winner of Guest Innovation Prize at The Blue Badge Access Awards 2022/23, revealed The Centaur to the public for the first time at Somerset House 12 May 2022.

Centaur is a revolutionary mobility product that looks nothing like anything that’s gone before. A self balancing device that doesn’t require core stability from the user to operate. Michael Vermeersch, Accessibility Product Manager, Microsoft and chief judge for the prize said:
